Too many knots in my hair

I have baby fine hair, and over the years Ive experimented to find the right products to manage my hair. Unfortunately, after using this balancing Shampoo and conditioner, when I get out of the shower I have A LOT of knots. Even after using a large amount of conditioner, and no matter how gentle I am, I have a lot of knots and hair on my comb as Im combing out the knots. Disappointed
