I don't know what i expected however, the amount of hair loss has been reduced considerably. Today, I can't say my hair is thicker, but I can say I am not loosing hair at any rate I was a few months ago. Combine this with taking hair growth vitamins and reducing my stress level, I am quite happy with this product. Also, a note from my barber, I actually have new hair growing. ALL POSITIVE EVENTS. I HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO PURCHASE AND USE GKHair SHAMPOO.

I purchased this product four months ago because my hair had been thinning for months showing more of my scalp after each wash.I noticed an improvement in the amount of hair I was shedding on my first wash. Six weeks later (measured by often I dye my hair, I starting seeing new growth all over my head. There were so many of them that I had to lower the speed setting on my hair dryer because the hot air kept blowing them away as they didn’t fit in the round brush.It’s been six months and new hair growth continues to grow. For reference, I’m in my late 30s and I didn’t have completely bold spots. My hair was just shedding too much, too fast. I highly recommend this product as it stopped the crazy shedding and encouraged new hair growth.The scent of the shampoo is a subtle ginger. It rinses easily and doesn’t leave any product build up. I follow with a hydrating conditioner from another brand, but I plan to purchase the matching conditioner and serum since the shampoo works so well.

I've been losing hair like crazy the last two years. Doctors told me to use Rogaine. But I'm really bad at doing that stuff daily. And I really didn't notice much difference when I did use it like I was supposed to. This shampoo is a godsend. It has drastically reduced the amount of hair loss I've been experiencing and I noticed this change after 3 uses. Sometimes I don't have time to let it soak for 2 minutes. But it's still working like it should. I am ordering my second bottle now. I do kind of like the smell of it, but I do get bored of scents easily. So I wish there were options on the scent. But as long as it's working, who cares about the scent! I suppose it just smells like herbs... its the best I can explain it as.

I don't think its worth the price. Never really got a soapy feel like most shampoo. Never really got a super clean feeling like most shampoo. I have thin hair and it didn't make much difference.
