I was quite excited to use the product. I like GK products in general and am a big fan of the serum. I have use the best in past with average result but this product was so disappointing that I had to wash it out with the pre treatment shampoo. I am giving my hair time to recover and use another product. I am not a novice and have used keratin treatment in the past but this one is a complete no-no for me. However, other reviewers had good results so may be it is not a product for my hair. I would have been okay with not having frizz free hair if it at least gave me soft hair but it failed in all levels.

Works AWESOME! So much less expensive than hair dresser. Brought product to my hair dresser and is same directions that they use. I made sure to follow directions exactly on my daughter and so far 3 months later her hair is still straight.

i do not recommend someone without salon knowledge applying this product to your own hair! I do possess the knowledge to apply the product as well as researching online and watching videos to make sure it was similar to other keratin treatments i'd assisted with and it was. i absolutely love it. i did it in my very small bathroom with the door closed and vent on and didn't have any issues with the chemicals smelling it up at all. usually hair color burns my eyes and nose but this seemed extremely mild and worked very well. I can blow-dry my hair in about 5 minutes and only have very very very minor areas where i want to pass the flat iron. no one would notice those areas but me if i didn't though. I put this in before our very rainy disney vacation and i had no, zero, none, nothing, not a one piece of frizzy hair. my hair is naturally curly and it is straight now. still has body but it is very smooth. i love this product. love it!

I am not one to write reviews, but this product deserves it. I have been getting professional keratin treatments for around 5 years now. This is the first time I've tried at home. This product gave me the same results as the professional salon service and I am beyond excited. My hair is thick and frizzy especially the front and its pin straight with NO frizz. I left the product in for three days. U need help applying, blow drying and ironing. But for the fraction of the cost you will have same results as salon service.
